Order Processing
The moment your purchase is confirmed, our team starts getting it ready for you. Standard processing takes between 1 and 3 business days, Monday through Friday. To ensure your order begins processing the same day, please place it before 6:00 PM (GMT). As soon as your package is boxed up and handed to the carrier, we will send you an email containing your tracking information.
Keep in mind: Any orders submitted after the 5:00 PM cut-off, over the weekend, or during official public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery Timeline & Rates
Once your package leaves our facility, standard transit time is between 5 and 10 business days (making the estimated total delivery time 6 to 13 business days). Please be aware that precise delivery dates can fluctuate based on your shipping address, carrier logistics, and unexpected events like severe weather.

- Transit delays can occasionally happen because of extreme weather, carrier bottlenecks, customs inspections, or incorrect and incomplete delivery addresses.
